i went to nokia customer centre in marthahalli bangalore..and they supplied fake part in my phone..it went out of order in 1 month..then basavangudi care told me that earlier was a fake part..

replacement of mob
I m having problem with my mobile. my model is Nokia 6300 . i have purchased this is 3 month before
Job sheet no. is 486465550/090721/13 .
whenever i swith on my mob it shows a messgae "contact service" . after this msg nothing to display. it s empty screen.
i have alredy given to nokia care centre . they repaired this 3 times but its only temperary solution. still this msg shows on.
Can you please inform me how long I have to wait? or can u replace this mob? even next low price mob is enough for me.

disgusting service
am having nokia-82 set which i had purchased from planet-m the mobile store after 1 month i am facing much problem with my phone now after 4 month's over i had given ma phone to service centre till now i didn't get ma phone back . please take necessary action agains't them so that i can get my phone back they said to me that u i'll get ur phone back on tomarrow but i don't know when does these tomarrow comes plz help me plz

E-66 frequently getting problems
Hi,
My Nokia E-66 (8 Months old) frequently getting problems. The problem is I am unable to call from Phone Book & Call Log. I reported this problem in Nokia Care, Hyderabad 6 months back. They lodged a compliant and updated software then it is working fine. But after 15 days the same problem raised. Every time I went to Nokia Care, they are rectifying the problem temporarily. I Lodged a compliant in Online Nokia Care (18004253388), they had given me a compliant no. But no use. In 3 months my warranty period will be expire. Then i have to spent 1500-2000 every time my mobile got repaired otherwise i have to give it in unauthorised persons.
I hope that this message will see nokia people then they will correct the problem.

about an sms
Today, 19th of August, 2009 at around 1:55 p.m. I received an SMS from 2009 t- world Nokia stating "Congratulation !!! Your Phone has won GBP550, 000.00 pounds in the 2009 T-World Nokia Draws in UK. To claim, send details to E-mail: [email protected]" Regarding this SMS I would like to know that is this sms is real or fake and if it is true what I have to do? |

i would request customers never to buy mobile phones from nokia delaer SANGEETHA exclusiverly and CMH junction one of the worst service is been rendered, either they give a faulty phone or letter if u ask for a exchange for the same they do not entertain u, once you pay the money with them customer is taken to ride, they dis connect the line, i am also into sale s and service never i have behved like this with my customers, Dear cucstomers i have lost a huge money them... in the month of july august of 2009

bad sets and bad service
hi, i had purchased nokia e 61i 1 year back. it never functioned properly from day1.nokia service centres keep the set for 1 month, and give it back with no improvement in functioning .this has been done three times during warranty period. warranty expired 3 days back and suddenly the set is not switching on.now the service centre is demanding 80% of the cost for repairing it.why is nokia such a bad company in spite of so much of sales.i was surprised with the crowd at the service centre, it seems all sets of nokia are bought only to be repaired and customer is subjected to harrasement for buying nokia.please advice as to what can i do the atleast make a report of my problem to the company

My son, Er.Shahul Hameed, is working abroad. He left his Nokia cell phone in my house and that was rarely used by my wife.
Yesterday, Thursday August 13, 2009; it was stolen by some visitors of the house. The cell number is 96298 78470.
The address of the house is Number 15, Cazy Street, Pondicherry-605 001, India.
I request you to kindly make necessary arrangement to suspend the use of that number by the Thief; so that, he/she can not mis-use the same.
