i mediately i chekked the country code that was from nijeria. than i called that number... a man answered said the same thing what the message contains than i sent SMS to the same number plse credit the amount in my account and give the email iD. They sent me a form through email and i fill it and i sent it after a few hours i received a mail from LLoyds TSB Bank

Repairing under warranty period

Sub:- Repairing of my mobile Hand set under warranty period
I have the honour to inform you that I had submitted my Mobile phone model N5610d for service under warranty period to Telemobile, Garima Grand, 1st Floor, Dr. B. Baruah Road, Guwahati-7 on 20.05.09. The Nokia Care centre kept my handset and given me a copy of service Jobsheet No. 2671 dated 20.05.09. On 22.05.09, the Nokia care centre contacted over phone stating that the handset could not be repaired in Guwahati and the set required to be repaired at Company. Accordingly, they sent the set to Company and stated that this would take another 20-25 days time to come back from company. After 30 days, I regularly contacted Nokia care over phone but every time they stated the set had not come back from company.
On 05.07.09, I personally went to Nokia care centre and asked about the status of my handset. At that time, one Shri Manish of Nokia Care told me that handset has returned by company without repairing and since his boss was out of station, he could not give me the exact status of the handset as whether this would be repaired or not and also stated that he would personally contact me on 07.07.09 when his boss would return. But nobody contacted me on 07.07.09. On 09.07.09, the Nokia Care centre contacted me over phone and told me to take back the set as it was returned back by the company. Now, I am fully dissatisfied with the services within the warranty period but sorry to say that the service which you provide to customers is really pathethic from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. I am without phone for almost 2 months which is a basic need for life.
In view of above, I need to get my phone replaced or my amount with suitable interest rate and compensation; else I will file a complaint with Consumer Court under Consumer Protection Act of 1986. I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to non-availability of my phone for almost two months.

I got a message from Nokia U.K .that I won 100.000£ in the Nokia U.K. Promo. After reading the complaints and my other mobile message experiences, I am %100 sure, it is a scam. It wasted my time,
and filled me with empty hopes.

This is with regret i have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from, it had problems with the Display, Sound Distraction, Hanging Problem and I was not able to use the Free Navigation, took it to Nokia care they replaced the display and updated the software and said it would not occur again. But it was not resolved, I again went to the nokia care and they said it will go to L3 Higher Technical Support, I had also spoken to Nokia Customer Care with complaint No.1-7378153476 Requesting them to change the Handset as I was sure enough that Handset has some in built Problem, but they assured me that it will be taken care of and if the problem persists they will replace the Handset. To my surprise even at L3 the handset was not dealt .Finally I have given hopes of handset getting repaired and request you to replace my handset, as this is the 4th time I have sent my handset to Nokia Care .the handset is only 2 months Old and bought for Rs.20, 000.I understand that amount is no small amount to let it waste for a defected piece which I bought thinking that its Nokia so it has to be best in class.
I am sure that a faulty set has been given to me and I have lost the trust in the current handset. The Product code is 0580126 .It has been currently given to the Nokia Care at Signature Communications B-100A South City -1 Gurgaon and the Job Sheet no is 282433527/090707/12 since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Handset damaged by nokia care
Dear Concerned
I have always been a user of nokia like N82, Communicator(ex), 6300, 7610(ex), 3530(ex) & 1100.
For authenticated purchase of N82, i travelled all the way from Goa to pune(to a priority dealer). The mobile is used with utmost care and loaded with F secure Antivirus with official subsription.. The speaker of the mobile stopped working which was then replaced at Nokia Care Margao-Goa.
Now the phone is showing numerous errors like
1. System Error( specially after disconnecting WiFi)
2. Sim card not ready.
3. Restarts often
4. If i use secondary camera it restarts.
5. If i swap between 2 calls it hangs.
After showing it to nokia care, they damaged my keypad from inside and told me that the warranty is void because of liquid damage, which is not at all related to the nuemorous software problems. The phone has never fallen down or got intouch with water.
Since I have purchased the all my phones at a very dear prices, i expect full value for my money and ask you to do the needful at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains strong.

I received a sms that I won a large amount of money in a lottery for Nokia' anniversary. I was asked to fill out a form asking for personal information. Which I didn't, needless to say, without trying to verify the information. Is this real, or is it a scam?
