i want to confirm with you about the site of nokia. i live in mauritius, two days before i received a message from Mail2sms. informing me that i'm the winner of the year nokia mobile promo, and even sent me an email address:[email protected] for the claim. what i want to know is only to comfirm whether is it really Nokia company sending such a message, where i am really the winner or just a SCAM!!!. please do help because someone representing this promo, sir tom troy called me yesterday. i can't trust him and it's really unbelivable that the logo of nokia used in the mail is similar and even copyright mentioned in the bottom of the email.

I ordered a Nokia 7373. It arrived home with UPS as advertised.
The phone was defective, it did not work at all after the first five minutes.
I was then told to return the phone: UPS was supposed to come home, get the old one, and give me a new one.
But no: UPS came to get the old phone, and I am now told it will be weeks before they give me a new one.

Worst on-line customer service I have seen.
