Nokia N-72 Mobile
I had purchased one Nokia N-72 Mobile vide Bill No 171751 dated 10-02-2008 from Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd,#259.6th Cross,1st Main,Binnamangala,Indiranagar,1st Stage,Bangalore-560 038(Location-Kempapura)
From very first day this set is not working.On very next day i went for my native place,from there i returned on 21st feb.Then i went to store to inform & replace the set,the person(Mr Chiranjeevi)behaved very rudely & asked to go to the service centre,as it will not be replaced.I was shocked.
I regularly visit subhiksha for grocery/medicine/vegetables,but for the first time i purchased a mobile phone there & it was a really very bad experience.
I have faith in your company,i only want to exchange this set.

Dear Sir,
This has reference to the subject cited above. I had purchased a Mobile of Model No 1208 two months back. From the first day onwards, the battery back up is very poor & it gets hanged repeatedly. Last evening, the Test Mode came into the set.
When I had given the set to the Nokia Care, NDSE Part I they said that I shall get it after 10 days, which will be a problem for me without the same.
Kindly exchange the set with a good one or else provide my cash back ASAP.

Pathetic Nokia
I always buy NOKIA mobile because of its brand name and I was also happy with it.
But now on November 2007, I bought Nokia mobile (model: 6085). It worked fine only for one month and started with its problems. LOUD SPEAKER was not working. As NOKIA care is 14 Kilometers away from my place, I delayed for about 20 days. I went to NOKIA CARE center (Sampige Road, malleshwaram, BANGALORE) on Jan 4th 2008 for repair. They asked me to take back my mobile on Jan 7th 2008. I went on the same day and checked whether all the functionalities were working fine.
The repair done by NOKIA in turn added some other problem. The VIBRATION was not switching Off even when vibration is off. Hence couldn't listen to music. I checked this on the same day and informed the NOKIA CARE of this problem.
They took the mobile back and asked me to wait for some time. I waited for two hours.
After that NOKIA CARE made my mobile in such a condition which shocked me. Mobile itself was not switching ON.
NOKIA CARE spoiled my mobile completely. Then NOKIA CARE informed me that they have to send my mobile to head office as my mobile was not
working completely and it may take one or two weeks.
After two weeks I called NOKIA CARE and I got no response from them. They hanged the phone. Then I called NOKIAESCALATIONS for the status of my mobile. They gave me some identification number and asked me to call them back with that identification number after two days, then they would inform me of the status of my mobile. After two days I called NOKIA ESCALATIONS. They said that my mobile is not repairable and I will be getting replacement cell on Feb 5th 2008. I wanted to confirm this with the NOKIA CARE. So called NOKIA CARE, But they said my mobile is ready after repair and can take. But NOKIA ESCALATIONS said that my mobile cannot be
repairable. so I got confused and called NOKIA ESCALATIONS and said what NOKIA CARE had informed me. But NOKIA ESCALATIONS asked me not to bother what NOKIA CARE is telling and asked me to just go to NOKIA CARE on Feb 5th 2008 and collect the replacement and added that if you face any problem just inform us immediately from there itself and we will take care.
On Feb 5th 2008 I left my office early and reached NOKIA CARE which is 14km
away. When I reached there They informed me to come on the next day as they don't have my mobile. I got frustrated and informed to NOKIA ESCALATIONS and they said the date the gave will not be exact and there my be some delays. I asked them this they would have informed me before itself and even on the Feb 5th afternoon when I called they did not inform me and in turn asked me to collect my mobile the same day itself.
I called NOKIA CARE on Feb 8th 2008 evening and no response. I went to NOKIA CARE on Feb 9th 2008 and blasted them, then they came out with the replacement which NOKIA has given me. The replace what NOKIA has given is some OLD BROKEN MOBILE (model:5200). I did not accept it and I asked them to give my mobile back in working condition. NOKIA CARE said that it is not possible as it not repairable and I have to accept different model. I did not accept the broken old mobile, as my mobile was brand new and I used it for only a month. Then NOKIA CARE said they will give new mobile(model 5200) next week which is of not my interest. I did not like that model and I was forced to accept it, as Icouldn't stay with out mobile any long.
On Feb 16th 2008 I reached NOKIA CARE to collect the mobile. They again gave me old mobile, but told me that it is new one. No other go, so I accepted it. That day night I found the mobile the NOKIA CARE has given me has no LIGHT for the KEYPAD. I cannot even type numbers in the dark. Again the problem. NOKIA CARE gave me old mobile. When I informed them they said they will repair that mobile...
MY BRAND NEW MOBILE IS NO MORE AND NOKIA PROVIDED ME WITH OLD MOBILE WHICH HAS SO MANY PROBLEMS AGAIN....NOW I AM FRUSTRATED AS I REMAINED WITH OUT MOBILE FOR TWO MONTHS
AND BOUGHT NEW SONY ERICSSON MOBILE AND HAPPY WITH IT...
EVEN TODAY NOKIA IS NOT READY TO GIVE ME A MOBILE WITH WORKING CONDITION.
NOKIA WHICH WAS CONNECTING PEOPLE PREVIOUSLY IS NOW DISCONNECTING PEOPLE.
HOPE ATLEAST AFTER READING THIS NOKIA MAY PROVIDE ME WITH MOBILE WHICH IS IN WORKING CONDITION WITH NO PROBLEMS..

Has not been dropped or mechanically damaged

Do I have to contact ACCC to gain satisfaction.

I Goin to nokia care and said i have problem in joy stick and mike and they accept my handset and they said come back after 2 days .Afer that am going to nokia care and they said your body problem in yor set. Your body pannel is cracked from i side .i said your side cracked my body .But they never acceptence.they never care about my word.They said i cant accept yor hand set.UR responsible for my body pannel and nt take care my hand set. why harash cust. why the acceptence first time .This is not well in company. if u will nt take action against HCL I will complain against u in consumer Court after 1 Week . i want my body changed ur side.

1 month of harassment still not over!
After 20th day of my purchase of nokia 5610 model, the phone lost its display. I gave the set on 11th January for repair. I was told to collect the set on 19th January, on 19th when I inquired about the set, they told me to come on 24th January. On 24th they told me the set hasn’t come yet and inquire by phone before I come there next time. I knew there was some problem, so I had mailed your call center and had called up and told the matter. There was one response from your call center that I should contact after 48 hrs.As if I had made a mistake by buying nokia and now I have to spent on phone calls to call your call center again and again, and petrol to visit you nokia car center where the exact date cannot be conveyed., anyhow when I called up the call center again I was told on 28th January that my phone is ready and I can collect it. When I went there, I saw that my phone was not in OK condition and the flip was not working , to my worst shock, that my new phone for which I bought your 500 bucks casing to protect it from scratch was full of scratch, and a month old phone was looking like a year old phone. There also I compromised and I was told to come back and collect the set on 4th February. I gave a call to you call center again, and didn’t got any satisfactory feedback except for my phone bills. On 4th Feb, was told to call come on 6th Feb. On 6th Feb , they told me to come back on Saturday, i.e. 9th Feb, I called up your call center again, they told me to pass on the phone to the nokia care person in charge, and after talking to them , your repair executive assured me that on 9th Feb, I can finally have my set back. Here is 11th Feb, the same old story continues and I am told to call back on 18th Feb. I gave a call to your call center again and am told by them also to wait for 18th Feb to come as my phone panel is damaged.
My God is this the way, NOKIA traumatizing their customers. All modes (email, call center, calls) of complaint have failed to respond to my problem.

Terrible experience!
My friend got an SMS from UK saying that he won 84000 pounds as his mobile number was being picked up for the DRAW their contact was 044 7045 7544 55. He was give a number to contact or to send a mail to [email protected]. I think this is fake as we were unable to send mail to [email protected].
Beware my friends, they might even want your account number to get your money instead of theirs!

Scam and cheating!
Yesterday I've got a text message from Nokia UK saying that I won 117,000 pounds from the Nokia Mobile Promo. I've send them an e mail which is ( [email protected] and to call at +447035900591) and got a reply at once but i did not tried to call yet as I was worried that this might not be true. They send me an e mail and telling to fill up the form most is personal details though there is no bank account mention still I am worried that it's another scam. I have a bit doubt too because the sender is really NOkia company. Usually if it a scam there will always a number that shows but because it came from Nokia itself that's why I feel like it's true but of course with the technology now a days there are lots of smart people that using their brain in wrong doing to others. But after reading some complaints I am now in doubt!
