BL5C BATTEY
I HAVE COMPLAIN THROUG INTER NET FOR REPLACMENT OF DEFECTIVE BL5C BATTERY AND THAT IS STILL NOT COME IT HAS BEEN DONE 60 DAYS BEFORE YET NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN AND FOR THIS RESON MY POHONE IC IS BEEN DAMAGE WHEN I KEPT MY PHONE FOR CHARGING I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFY WIT NOKIA SERVICES THEY DNT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS EMERGENCES

Poor quality product!
I bought a Nokia 3110 classic mobile phone on 12-8-2007. Half of the L.C.D. of the mobile turned black 50-days after i bought it. Neither the mobile had fallen from any where nor any water drop got inside. With out any reason damage had taken place. But when i went to Nokia care people there refused to replace it and demanded 2000 for it.With in 50 days the i have to pay one third of it's total price. I believe this is complete fraud by Nokia.

No replacement of handset even after sending a legal notice to the company
I purchased a Nokia 3250 mobile phone a year ago. It cost me around 18000 Rs at that time. Just 2 days after getting the phone, the phone started getting some technical faults. When I consulted the dealer, I was asked to go to one of the Nokia Care Centers at Bangalore. As directed, I visited a service center at Jayanagar. They asked me to go to the L3 service center at Koramangala. When I got there, they took my handset for service and gave me a job card. I was asked to come back after 3 days. I waited for 3 days and collected my handset. Two hours after collecting my handset, it started developing more problems. I called them back the next day and they directed me to give it for a second service. I did so and received my handset after around 4 days. The phone functioned fine for 2 days after the second service and it developed more complex problems after that. Then I tried contacting the Manager of that service center. He asked me to give it for one more service. When I asked him to replace my handset with a new one, he said it is not possible to replace until we feel that we cannot correct the problem. After a long conversation, he said he would replace my handset within 15 days. Though I asked them, I was not given anything in writing. They assured me that my handset would be replaced. One week later, I gave a call to check if my handset had arrived. The manager told me that it would take one more week and he also assured me that it would surely be done. One week after that, I called up the manager asking him if my handset had arrived. Initially, he spoke to me softly. Later he started speaking rudely and he said that my handset was ready. He also said that it was not replaced, but repaired. When I asked him about the assurance that he had given me, he said that it would not be replaced and though I was trying to ask him something, he hung up the phone. Without knowing what to do, I went there and collected the handset. From that day, my handset started developing more complex problems. It was serviced twice unofficially(without any job card). During these days, I was asked to call up nokia care line (30303838) and every time I called up, they would find some reason and put me on hold. Each call would last at least 30 minutes. I have called that number at least 30 times by now.
In October 06, my advocates sent a legal notice to Nokia India Pvt. Ltd. telling them about everything that had happened and directing them to give a replacement to my handset. Few weeks later, they replied, asking for some information about the phone and my contact details. We replied back with the details that they wanted. Probably three weeks later, they replied saying that they needed time to process my case and would surely help us out. Till today, I have not received any call from anyone in Nokia. There have been no more replies from Nokia. Right now, my handset has so many problems that it is extremely difficult to use it. Many keys on the keypad have also stopped functioning. Currently the phone is in a very bad condition. Almost in a condition where it is not possible to use. I am facing too many problems with it.

Faulty mobile set!
I purchased nokia set 3230 from authorized dealer of nokia in june 2006. the set was faulty from the day of purchase. I went to dealer several times but he refused to change the set & instead suggested I visit nokia gallery. The phone was given to nokia gallery three times but without ny results on the contry the spoiled the set. Today that set which i purchased for rs 12000 is totally of no use.

Refusal on providing services after purchase of the cellphone...
I purchased a nokia cellphone (Model no.-6030) from Krishna tele-shop (A-159,Vikas marg,Shakarpur,Delhi-110092) dated 10/03/07. The phone fell off from the table,and it developed some network problem in it.
I went for its repair at Nokia care service center (Preet vihar branch, delhi). I met Mr. Arvind (BRANCH MANAGER) there. The service jobsheet number was--1101097783, dated 08/09/07, 15.41 hrs... He kept the phone with him and didnt give any repair details on the jobsheet. He told me that he`ll ring me up within two-three days, tell me about the fault in the phone. He never rang me up.Even after calling up for nearly 30-40 times,anybody was hardly bothered to work out on the problem. After that week when i approached the center, Mr. Arvind exclaimed that some liquid has entered the phone and we wont take any pains to get it working again,he didnt even return back the jobsheet and returned the phone as it was earlier.
He tried to show me some liquid present in the phone with a grill separating the two of us. I could hardly observe anything in that and really got furious over the thing as he never informed me earlier about some liquid in it. Beware of this Service Centr!

Big delay in returning the cell!
I had given my mobile to the Nokia Care Center in Ulhasnagar on Thursday, 09/20/2007. It was a software problem, i.e. my mobile (N73M) got blocked. They told me to get back on Saturday, 09/22/2007 as they were not able to remove the block and had sent it to Lower Parel Nokia Center. They told me that they will hand over the cell to me on Saturday. After that, it is now more than a week till Friday, 09/28/2007, but still i have not received my cell. Whenever i call them, they tell me to come on the other day. This has been going on since more than a week. Is this the way, the NOKIA company has organized the Care Centers to provide services to their customers.
Very poor service!

Bad and unorganized service!
I had been to Nokia care - Jayanagar Bangalore to give my handset for service which i bought in the month of March 07. I reached the spot at 9.45 am.The office was suppose to open as per their timing board was 10.00 am before me there were 10 customers standing outside the office waiting for the office to open. Finally, the office was opened at 10.15 am and there were no staff inside the office. All the customers who were standing outside has seated inside the office. At 10.45 one staff came and started attending the latest customer who came later. When myself and other customer pointed that it is not fair to attend when others are waiting so long, then he gave one register to write the name so he will call accordingly call out the name and attend the customer. I was the 25th one to write my name because of the crowd over there among the other customers who came later other than the 10 customers who were waiting outside before the office opened. When the customer from the 10 waiting asked the Nokia's staff other counter about this, he went off inside without answering anything and he did not came to his seat for long time so only one staff were attending the customer according to the names written in the register. As a employed person like me and others would have taken permission from the office for this kind of personal work and if it takes times like this is really unjustifying. So, if Nokia care centers really takes care of the customers, please organize the system at your centers in a proper way which enables you to serve the customer more better way. Put it in the notice board that customer should write their name in the register to attend them. Other wise how the customer will come to know? And also the other side of the office at the delivery section 2 customers were shouting like anything for wrong commitment of the delivery dates and sent back the customer at 5.30 pm due closure timings of the office. Secondly, not able to reach the office over phone, i think i should give the calling job to any call center to connect the line. Of against take permission from office(ultimately ends up in leave or salary deduction) due to unorganized way of working system of Nokia care center office, just to ask about the status of my phone. Its amazing that such a biggg reputed company like NOKIA is like this. pl do something. Telephone number of Nokia Care Jayanager mentioned in the sheet is 080-41211151.

Poor service!
I work in HCL Comnet and I had given my 16 days old phone N5700 in Nokia Care in Green Park. I was told on Sat that you will get your phone on Monday and i was told that these are the numbers please call and come. I called those numbers more than 100 times but either it comes Number Busy or the phone is ringing no one picks up the phone. It is really ridiculous. How they are handling customers are so bad. I really don't know what to do. I am fed up the nokia services!!!

Poor service!
As i buy the new NOKIA N-91 series mobile from one of mine friends nokia gallery... on 11th AUG 2007. from 3rd week the mobile started giving problems over the problems... it hangs, it heats up while on call. I took this at a cost about 13,000 indian Rs. But no one is helping me as the dealer is saying ur mobile is sent to service center but already the 1 month is to completed after i buy the mobile.
Previously i was using ERRICSSON but i thought nokia will be mine nest choice but i was wrong... all are bloody liars... for providing services.

Replacement of the mobile and now the battery
Twice i had given my phone at the service center but instead of repairing it they had made the flap also very loose and had no reply for that again they had asked for the replacement of the battery, to send a sms to them but i got the reply that we will get back to you then and now one month has passed since then.
This is the way the company gives service to its customers...
