Networking problem
I purchased 3100 nokia mobile in Sept- 06 , after 13 months , i faced problem with this set , mobile was not receiving signals,I have given three times to Nokia service center DHANBAD,JHARKHAND , India,.but still is not working properly, Job sheet number is 672, but still they could not repairer my mobile, I received it after repairing work done , but after 1 day it is again with same defect , i do not what people at your service center have done . If this is the kind of services that I will get from the Nokia service center after buying a Nokia product then I do not really understand for whom shall I expect help from?

BL-5C battery replacement
I applied online 14 days back, my battery was eligible of replacement….but till now i have recd. nothing neither Battery nor reply of mail. Is it a process of making fool in hole-sale.? If the phone explodes in the mean who will be the responsible??? and i can’t Live without my mobile.I may wait max for one week after which i wish to fill a court case via consumer care of Judiciary India.

Care repeated problem
I have a Nokia N72 phone which was worked fine for 6-7 months and suddenly I am facing the problem of phone keypad hanging. My phone is under warranty.
I submitted the phone to Nokia Care center (So called) at Vashi, Navi Mumbai around 7th Aug’07, for repairs. First of all the attitude and behavior of the staff is pathetic. Their attitude I will not be able to put in words. After 2 days I got a call that the phone has some hardware problem and it needs to be send to nokia care level 3. He obliged me and did a great favour by accepting the phone for repair. I asked for standby handset which he agreed to provide after 2 days also with a promise that the phone may take 7/14/30/60 days for repair.
Around 17th Aug’07 when I call the CARE, they told that the phone has come and I can collect it. When I started using the phone, THE PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE and phone keypad got hang. Again I underwent the same harassment and surrender the phone on 24th Aug’07. This time the CARE refused to give me the standby handset. I had no choice but to give my phone.
Today (31st Aug’07) I got a call that fortunately my phone has come back after repair and I sent my wife to collect it.
For the joy of everyone, the problem is still there.
The care center no is 022-27898188 and it is very difficult to get thorough and if at all you get the line the executive will say call after 10 min as my SIR has gone out. I asked him about the nokia customer care manager’s contact detail and he said they don’t know.
Through this forum I request a great brand like Nokia to really provide a care to the customers.

Poor service!
I have purchased Nokia N-91 in October-2006 but unfortunately my handset faced a problem of poor outgoing and incoming voice quality in the month of may 2007 and was under warranty. I gave my handset for repair to Nokia care center at in April. They repaired my handset twice but still the same problem was there, then they sent my mobile to head office and in head office they repaired my handset twice but was unable to repair my handset and I received the same problem. Now they have sent my mobile for third time to head office and till now I have not received my mobile and your nokia care center i.e. AA electronics and customer care support i.e. 30303838 have not given me any information about my mobile and when I will receive it.

No responce from the service personnel
I haded over my set (n.73) in the global cell world, saleem nagar colony, hyderabad for the problem rectification of my mobiles joystick on 22-08-2007. It was informed to me by mr.srinivas that the handset should be sent to chennai as there was some 'board' problem and it will be get rectified there only. But when i checked my jobsheet status in the the web site it says that the call is closed on 22-08-2007 and when i called to the above said nokia care they say it still takes some time. So, in this regard i kindly request you to put me a return mail regarding the service status of my mobile.

Pathetic service!
I had given my Nokia 3250 for repair .Since i suddenly got a problem with the network.The phone was not catching network. I gave the phone on 9th of Aug 2007 at the Nokia care located in Indirangar & gave a delivery date of 17th Aug. The mobile is not under warranty.So they charged an initial fee of Rs 112. Even after frequent visits after the 17th the phone was not repaired.The kept telling that the phone has been sent to the head office for repair. The same story was told everytime. Finally today ie 29th of Aug i finally bursted out. After a lot of argument they told the mobile will be returned without being repaired.I agreed to it .But when that evening they returned the mobile and to my surprise the mobile was not even starting up.Forget about repairing it they spoil it even further.Now i cant even turn on the phone. And top of that they kept arguing telling that thats not their problem.
Does it make any sense???
At least expect to get the phone in the same condition as before... Isn't it a fair ask??? Trust me Nokia care is pathetic & ridiculous.

Poor service!
Nokia don't have ears to customer complains. After sales their service is very poor. I have been to their service center for few times to repair my phone and you can see a big queue standing in front of you from there you loose interest to forward to stand in the queue.
May be Nokia don't have ears due to their big pie of market share they enjoy today. Their phones always hangs the clarify of the incoming and outgoing voice is very poor in some phones. From my previous experience I have no interest to call or visit Nokia to get it rectified due to their "NO ears for customers" behavior. I am not sure how long Nokia will enjoy this privilege of having big pie of Market share is questionable??
Thanks for Nokia for their extraordinary poor service.

Nonservicing & misbehavior
I am from Bikaner (Rajasthan). I purchased a Nokia 2626 on 12th May 2007 from Nokia authorized retailer "Mobile House". But after 14 month it starting create problems of hanging. I submitted this handset 2 times to Nokia Care "Aditya Enterprises" but the didn't repair it properly & at last return handset with same problem. He also abuse me. I am very disappointed to see Nokia's hopeless service.
