Damage in cellphone and no proper response from Nokia care!!
With great respect and confidence I had purchased a new Nokia-6270 handset in January 2007, and within a month I had to reinstall the software as it was getting switched on searching few specific nos. On checking with Nokia care, Jayanagar, Bangalore, they did not have any answer for this n neither they agreed for a exchange even though hardly a month had passed purchasing it.
After that reinstall, I still had problems while viewing picture messages, or while checking the details of sent items. Cell would ge switched off or would be retard suddenly on doing these operations.
Now recently 3 weeks back, all the keys in the upper portion of the key pad stopped functioning. I could neither search any nos, nor receive or end a call. Hence I had to take to care center again, this time I registered in Nokia Care center in kormangala, bangalore. Its 10 days now, on contacting them they either do not receive the phone or keep it busy or switch off. When I walk to the office, every time they ask me come next day. There is no proper response recieved from any of the customer care people, they neither tell the exact date when the mobile be ready nor explain me what the problem is.
I hope some one could take care of these issues and response to the customer queries appropriately, and also stop manufacturing such malfunctioned mobile phones!!!

Hand set 3230 getting hanged!
I have purchased Nokia handset 3230 from 'Nokia Priority Gallary' at Thakur Complex, Kandivali (E), Mumbai - 400101 on dated 10.01.2007. But handset getting hanged from july 07. I have return back hand set to your dealer for repairing on 15.07.2007.
After continues follow up still I have not get my original hand set. Lot of delay takes place. Response of dealer also not good.

Phone not working
These is Amit Kumar. I purchased a new mobile on 1/7/2007 model no Nokia 5700. And within 2 month i am facing problem with my mobile. Camera of mobile stops responding it is not working. when i start the camera on my mobile in that case all the keys on my key pad stop responding. I visited to nokia care and they are saying that it takes 2 weeks to rectify that problem which is a very long time for because i rung a small shop and it very important for me. And even they are providing me the exact problem.

Service sucks!
I purchased Nokia N 70 (Music) mobile from THE MOBILE STORE registered as "Essar Telecom Retail Ltd Rajbahavan Road Hyderabad" on 5th june 07 under Invoice No - AP /01178/00001/2073.
From day one, I started facing battery issues as t was getting discharged in 3-4 hours without any usage. When reported, I was told that this probably was becoz of my heavy usage which was not the case... After repeated complaints, they took over the phone and finally found the issue with handset.
Now, the issue is that I am without phone and these guys are not certain when they will give me the phone. They keep on postponing the delivery week after week... Its 2 months now and I am without this phone. Not sure if we can have a legal case against such fraudulent dealers.

Signal problem!
I have Nokia 2100 Type NAM-2, i am facing a problem with this handset that the place where signals are strong handset is working and the place where signals are weak there is a problem that i can't place and receive any call. I don't know what is the problem. Very poor service!

Faulty enhancement
I bought a Nokia 5700 on 27/6/2007 from Nokia Priority Dealer (B.K. electronics),U-3,Glory Plaza, M.G. road, Agra.
To my horrors I discovered that the enhancement "AD-44" which was bundled along with it, was faulty. The music dedicated keys embedded on it weren't working. I ran to the Priority Dealer, who entertained me to the fullest. I requested him to replace the faulty one with a new one.On the contrary, he told me to visit Nokia Care and get it checked if it was really faulty. I went to Nokia Care and after all the not so entertaining paper work, they got me book a replacement of it, on 2/7/07, without checking the faulty one.
Now it as been around three weeks. On my constant visits to Nokia Care I am told to wait for another week as usual. The lack of that headset has devoid me of listening to music and FM on my headphones which was a main reason for taking this handset. I couldn't expect this from a reputed firm like Nokia. Poor quality of battery!
I purchase a nokia battery on 25.11.06 (Battery no.067040392066437422) from Tagala Store, Guwahati, tel. 0361 2518595 vide receipt no.3163 dtd. 25.11.06 for Rs 950. The battery does not work even for 3 days. On 28.11.06 I returned the battery to the seller and after about 50 days the seller given me another battery (No.067040392066542346) on 17.1.07. The said battery run for just apprx. 6 months and not working from 1.8.07. May I request to you to inform me does the original battery run for just 6 months or just 3 days. The original battery which has comes with the handset run for almost 4 years.

Very poor service!
I am Manager HR with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation at Dehradun.
I purchased four sets of Nokia N73 M from one of your authorized dealer M/s Rajat Traders at Dehradun on 13.04.2007.
One of my cell phone developed a problem on 13.07.07. The joy stick of the set stopped working. I immediately handed over the set to Nokia Care Center where Mr. Joshi is the In charge. I was told to collect the set on 17.07.07. I collected the set on the same day but after couple of hours, the joy-stick again went bad. I again rushed back to Nokia Care Center on 17.07.2007 and registered the complaint. I was told that this is a serious problem and hence the set has to be sent to New Delhi for major repair. This time I was asked to collect the set after 15-20 days.
On 30.07.2007, I telephonically checked up the status of my Cell Phone and found out that the set has arrived from New Delhi. I collected the set on the same day only to find out that earlier problems are as it is without any improvement. In addition, some other problems also cropped in. I had no option but to contact Nokia Care Center again. To my surprise, Mr. Joshi, Incharge is asking again to leave the set with him and he will set it right. He further said that to rectify the joy-stick problem. some component has to be replaced, which is not readily available with him. He may have to send the set again to New Delhi. Therefore, he insisted to leave the set and collect after 20-25 days.
You may kindly appreciate the kind and quality of service being provided by Nokia Care Centre and also the trouble and inconvenience caused to me since 13.07.2007. Now when the set has already been repaired by Nokia Care Center, Dehradun as well as New Delhi and still the problem has not been sorted out, it is quite logical to ask me to leave the set for repair. Moreover, new problems have appeared in the set, which have definitely cropped in due to repair by Nokia Care Centre again and again.
Under the above circumstances, I have no option but to accept a new set in place of the set I have already handed over to Mr. Joshi today (31.07.2007) and I need to be compensated for the trouble and inconvenience caused by Nokia Care Center in the past.
If the justice is not in m y case, and I am not duly compensated for the loss and inconvenience suffered by me, I will have no option but to leave no stone unturned to get compensation along with money suit for the losses and deficiency in services either from Civil Court or from Consumer Court or the both. Besides, I will also ensure that all 3000 employees of ONGC at Dehradun and 30,000 employees of ONGC across the country never buy any Nokia product. I will post my experience with Nokia on all important consumer products sites on Internet and also in local and national newspapers!

Poor product!
I have bought 6300 2 days back. I have been a long time Nokia user. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to see the battery life of this model. It doesn’t even last 1 day. My usage is not very high and I haven’t even used camera, bluetooth or even changed original factory settings. Still, since 2 consecutive days since I bought this model, it doesn’t even last 10 hours.
I have seen internet forums all are complaining about battery problem.
I don’t know what to do, can Nokia help? I am already regretting my decision of not going in for Motorola Rokr E6 and changing my mind last moment to buy 6300.

Most sub-standard after sales service
My cell phone ( Model 2100) had small problem (switching off after working one minute). I made a complaint on 30 June 2007 at HCL Infosystems Limited, Venkat Plaza, Panjagutta, Hyderabad- vide Complaint No.410019068. The same was returned on 21 July 2007 without attending to my complaint. It seems, because of heavy rush, simply they have returned my cell phone, though it is working and had small complaint of switching off after working one minute. What is the problem at your service station ? I can observe from my cell phone they even not opened my cell phone and they say it is not repairable. If that is the case why it is working up to minute ?. How stupid service you people are having. Most substandard after sales service you have. If this is continued, your cell phone reputation will go within short time. Further I have observed from your service station that all most of the cell phones are returned without attending to. This is because of rush. I have two Nokia Phones at present. Now I will decided to switch over to other phones whom they give good service after sales. I once again say your service at Hyderabad is most substandard... and without opening the piece they say it is not repairable. My problem of cell phone -not working continuously. What is the purpose of keeping service station even they do not attend small problems. Most sub-standard service of Nokia at hyderabad. I will suggest my friends and others and also mobiles do not purchase Nokia.... The worst service providers.
