I have been an Autopage client for the past 10 years, have never defaulted on payments. I renewed my contract at your store in Vodaworld and received a faulty handset. Due to us leaving on holiday the same day we could only take the phone back on our return which was the 8th day. We were very rudely told by your consultant that he could do nothing. He suggested we do a software upgrade at home which would sort the phone out. We tried that but to no avail, went back to Vodaworld this past Saturday explained to your store manager Cyril that the phone was still not working and he again rudely and smuggly told us to send it in, Now my Question to you is how many more trips do I have to make to Vodaworld? Why is a new phone faulty? I renewed my other contract also with Autopage 1 year ago and that phone is also more at your repair centre then with me. I even upgraded my existing contract to get the phone i wanted and now i have no phone.
