i buyied a new nokia phone and its only been 13 days and it has started giving me issue ..the battery doesnt hold charge and the area from where we recive calls have so dull sound its so hard to hear the other person on line ...please look into this issue i am really very disappointed

I am sick of this hideous text stalking about winning prizes and promo's that i did not register for. The people responsible for the Nokia uk promo scam should be tracked down and punished for wasting people's time and for their harassing messages. I have had 6 messages telling me that i have won 610.000.00 pounds in the past week and it is making me really really angry. I wish the real Nokia people had the decency to track them down and stop them and then apologize to their cutomers for their lax security... how on earth do these people get our details? And why had the real NOKIA not done something about it ????? Surely they have enough time and money to prevent this from happening... I am sick of it !

I got a new vibrator fitted from Nokia Care in Bangalore for which they charged me Rs 550/- and exactly after one month the vibrator got screwed up on its own and my phone has started making again that irritating sound.

Well, this is technically impossible that any new part (vibrator), starts malfunctioning on its own exactly after one month. This is a clear case of fraud that Nokia Care has fitted a duplicate part in my phone.
