Nokia c5, navigational key crome is pealing off after less than 2 months when I enquired about it I was told I have to pay for the repairs.

hii...i m shipra from delhi..i m really not at all happy with the behvior of the staff of nokia service center karol bagh .I went dere to get my cell 2700 classic repaired thrice but still same prob was there finally they submitted my cell but while submitting it there behavior was pathetic n nt at all professional..i think they really need some extra customer handling training..as dere attitude n bevior is not at all satisfactory...

This is to bring to your notice that we being regular users of NOKIA mobile phones have recently stumbled upon an issue related to our mobile. We had bought the Nokia E63 mobile one and a half year back and it regularly had the problem of getting hanged while receiving calls. Now it so happened that today the display went off suddenly and now the technicians have suggested that it has a software problem and there is only 50 percent chance of it getting rectified which is not expected from the products of such a reputed company. It disappoints us as a regular customer. Request you to look into the matter and advise us as what can b done with regard to the same.
