A MESSAGE CAME TO MY PHONE SAYING THAT I HAVE WON 415000 POUNDS ON 27TH JUNE 2011.

Two weeks back i had to submit my Nokia N-8 to NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE MULTAN in CHEN ONE TOWER for a problem. The lady who was dealing with the customers proved to be extremly rude and insolent. She did not seem to have a slight sense of customer care. She did not bother to listen to me in detail and cut me off while i was trying to brief her about my concern/probmen. Moreover, she was least bothered and inclined to inform me about the actual problem of my cell. I think the concerned quarter should pay attention to the training of the emplyees. They should tell their operatives that customers' satisfaction is the prime thing in this regard. I hope that the NOKIA OFFICIALS will take notice of this issue.
