I am Shailendra Singh Bhakuni. I have Nokia 5220, whose EMI no. is 353662013218409.
I have found display problem on my phone, so i have consult to the nearest Nokia service centre situated in Malviya Nagar & which is been managed by K.N. Services. After one week they have return back the set & at the time of collection they adviced me to use their warranty extended plan and i agree with them, my warranty extended amount is Rs 565 & receipt no. is 3190, signed by Mr DHANANJAY CHAUDHARY.
But after few days I have found same problem again, when i visited their service centre they told me that my phone warranty has not been extended and they asked me about my receipt because they havnt updated in their server which is been bound to be updated in next 24 hrs, might be of some reason i.e. they have swolled all the money which i gave for warranty extended plan??
But i dont have receipt at that time.But after few days when i searched my receipt i found it and again visited the same service centre, but i found it closed & has been shifted to some other place.
And after that i have visited Lajpat Nagar Nokia service centre, but they refused my receipt & told me that this is not the valid proof & please talk to Nokia customer care & only they can help you.
But its being more than 6 Months... I am talking with Nokia cutomer care & i knw I am wasting my money, but they are doing nothing inspite of asking me to wait for some more days. As per their requirement i have already sended my mobile bill & my warranty extended receipt, but i dont understand that why these people are taking so much time in handling such a simple thing??
NOKIA its a humble request from my side, please do something regarding my problem as soon as possible.
