I am writing to express my sincere dissatisfaction regarding your products and service, I’ve been writing and visiting your repair centers for the last 10 months, and I haven’t got a single correct answer


I am still wondering about the issue and I will never drop the subject until you do your job and fix my mobile and compensate me for the unconvinced time I’ve had

If you can’t handle such cases then do refer to the concerned Dep or manager before I go public in this matter AND REPORT IT TO YOUR UPPER MANAGEMENT

I was received a message on my mobile that your number has winning 300, 00 bithin pounds via draw held at United Kingdom. The mode of payment is to pay 320 pounds through Westron Union in the name of address given above at ser 3 for release of fund through parcel.

I want to clear that if they are true and also paid the insurance money of 1250 pounds and administrative charges of 210 pounds, why they are demanding 320 pounds through Westron Union as courier charges ?

Please explain the way to confirm that it is a fruadulant case or otherwise ?
