Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought my new nokia6303 classic 1 month before. But usually drops its network and while taking over it its speaker doesn't work and voice is not audible to me.
I went to service center but they suggested me change my BSNL sim because set is not supporting it and use another conection. How a set doesn't support to one paticular sim.
Please tell me what I do.

I have received an sms stating that I have won 500 000 British Pounds. I have replied by email to the mail address supplied and promptly received an impressive email back. Is this a scam?? Please help

I need to complain about Nokia care services. I bought a phone on 22nd February in HK Mongkok, I did not tried in the shop as I do not have a line at that moment. And I tried that evening in China and realized my phone is not working. I brought it immediately to Care Service in Beijing and been informed that it can not be repaired and need to be sent to Factory. And I have been told that this process may take a month or more!! As I am not a local citizen here and will not be in Beijing for a month, I told them to change it however I have been told that this is not possible in Beijing. Only possible in HongKong. So I called HongKong and talked to Ann from Care service and she said I can change it and I need to send only the phone. I gave my phone to a friend to change in HongKong and in order to route him to the right person I called Care service again to get the name of the sales person. And at this conversation, I have been told that I need to send everything to the shop with accessories (which I kept with me) and the pack! And I throw the pack as I dont have space in my small bag and I was not told when I was buying that I need to keep even this paper box!!! So I want to change my telephone immediately with a new one or I want my money back. I could not use my phone once even and this story is getting longer with calls, my taxi trips to Care stations!!
Another note: there is no email on the website to complain, you promise 100% care and I could not find a link, email or anyone who can help me!!
One more note: Ask us link on the website is the only way to reach them is not responding!
