I bought Nokia phone 3110 classic model from terminal malviya nagar delhi on 30-December 2008 through invoice number 1353.

on 10th July while i was talking on phone i got disconnected. I obserbed that screen of phone turned black and showed some patches. I could not understand this problem and went to K N Services center in Malviya Nagar on 13th July and explained the problem to the consorned person. I also informed him about that mobile is under warrenty period. He said in this case no warrenty will be given as this is a case of broken display. Although he also endorsed that phone was not having any damage mark nor had presense of liquid.

He estimated Rs 1080 agaisnt repair and asked to collect phone on 18th July. He also told me that before we finally repair the phone will call again to tell final value of repair. I endorsed my consorn of not giving me service under warrenty period, but fall with no option i agreed.

Since then i am following up with this center with phone number 26682358 like mad but no response on the status of my phone. The receiver at the other end always says that the display is not yet arranged and hence can not be repaired. I asked to get my phone back and i was shocked to note that i have to pay Rs 112 to get my unrepaired phone back.

I though to put my complaint on nokia official site and i noticed the option of check status of you phone for repair. I enterd my jo sheet number 145433527/090713/9 and happy to note that " handset is ready for collection"

Before i went for collection i though to reconfirm it again and again i was shocked to note that phone can not be deleivered before 28th. When i asked about the status shown by website the person said '' our system closes the complaint after five days or else level of complains will pile up"

I do not think that NOKIA's image can be built with this kind of service.
