You have won 750000 pounds

I received an sms on my phone that I have won 750000 pounds from Nokia Promotions on 13 January 2011. I have been given particulars how to claim the money. Now I am requested to sent transferring funds. Is this true or fake.

I received this email in the Annex to nokia UK promotions. I wonder if it is true or fraud
