After I got an email that I will receive my parcel in 1-3 days, I received an email from CCS Courier Service indicating that I have to pay 1% from nominated prize (450, 000) that they did not indicated before.

This promotion is the first of its kind and we intend to sensitize the public. I replied to that email and filled the required fields (Name and details)
They asked me to send 615 british pounds for delivery to their Affiliate Courier Services (CCS Courier Services, Blenheim Road Lancing Business Park, Lancing West Sussex BN15 8UQ, London, United Kingdom,

After I got an email that I will receive my parcel in 1-3 days, I received an email from CCS Courier Service indicating that I have to pay 1% from nominated prize that they did not indicated before.
My question is it right or fake, is my parcel stopped in the British Tax Agency ((Stop Order Notification) from the British Government at the airport). Should I pay this tax of not, is it a fiction or true, please inform me.
