Today i received a txt message claiming i have won 150,ooo GBP, i deleted the sms because:

1. They sent the sms via a different number than the one they want you to call.
2. Their is no way a big company like nokia will sms you on such big winnings, if they can offer such a package, why cant they call, how much more do they have to loose.

Recieved a SMS on my Nokia number telling me that I've won 91000 great british pound.
I've send them a e mail asking them what to do claiming the prize.
Was answered by telling me to fill ia a release form from nokia what I've done. Rules and regulations was send to me with certificate of deed telling me that I won this prize.
I needed to pay for the package cost getting the cheque and orignal documents to South Africa and they will send me a tracking number from one of the couriers I've choose. The three was DHL FEDEX and other.
I choose Fedex and the cost was 520 pounds. I've moneygram this to the accounting officer. They phoned me from the airport telling me that they've got a problem. UK tax consultancy first want a VAT of 3.6%. This has to be paid before the parcel can leave the UK. This is +- 44000 rand (3200 pounds).
This causes alarm bells I need to get confirmation if this is a scam ot the truth

On the 16th August 2007 i've got a txt message from Nokia UK saying that I won 182,000 pounds from the Nokia Mobile Promo. I've send them an e mail which is ([email protected] and to call at +447045724899). I send them an email, on the morning of 16 August and again the afternoon on the 17th August as I did not hear from them in response of my email. In the evening I received a call from someone, claiming to phone on behalf of Nokia UK regarding my email. He apologized for not responding earlier and said that they will still forward me a document. So for I did not receive any such a document.

After reading some complains in the same regard, I am now in doubt. Is this true that Nokia UK are having us receiving this money or is this a scam?

Yesterday I've got a text message from Nokia UK saying that I won 172,000 pounds from the Nokia Mobile Promo. I've send them an e mail which is ([email protected] and to call at +447035900591) and got a reply at once but i did not tried to call yet as I was worried that this might not be true. They send me an e mail and telling to fill up the form most is personal details though there is no bank account mention still I am worried that it's another scam. I have a bit doubt too because the sender is really NOkia company. Usually if it a scam there will always a number that shows but because it came from Nokia itself that's why I feel like it's true but of course with the technology now a days there are lots of smart people that using their brain in wrong doing to others. But after reading some complains I am now in doubt!
