I am having problems with my mobile phone. I took it back to Vodacom twice and they have sent it in to Nokia. Each time I have to wait about 2 weeks. Both times they gave me a new phone. But I still have the same problem with the last one. I've emailed Vodacom and Nokia. Both just mail to say I have to take it in again.

I did found a number for Nokia, but they said that they can not help me. I really wants to talk to someone that can help me.

I bought a Nokia Handphone X3-02 from URS telecommunication Sdn. Bhd. I paid RM665 for the handphone.
The normal price for the handphone is RM610 only. I paid extra RM55 for the handphone. It is so much different.
I was cheated. My receipt No. U 52961. I hope I can claim back the amount I had paid extra . Thank You
