Hello Sir/Madam
I brought Nokia phone on 24/03/08 and since then
i have given thrice that phone for repairing during warranty period for the same problem.
They repaired it and gave it to me but now warranty period has expired and
the same problem still persist. This time when i went to Nokia care Centre they charging me for Repair.
My query is that if same problem continues from the warranty period is it not there responsibilty to repair it without any charge.
if not then can you explain me where customer is at fault...
Who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the nokia Product...
