I purchased a mobile phone nokia 2730 from mobile world opposite lal bhadur shastri stadium in klk estate in hyderabad in second week of april, since i was going to dubai usa and canada.i took a prepaid airtel connection with a recharge of 4500 rupees.i was told by mobile world hyd that prepaid mobile 2730 can be used to call from Dubai to Usa, Usa to India, Usa to canada.when i reached Dubai i was able to contact usa but unfortunately i was unable to contact india, canada and locally in usa.i purposely took prepaid connection so that i can take a recarge and talk as much as i want.in Usa`i contacted the AT&T and they informed my that they are unable to locate my mobile no.9652455010 on their chart and adviced me to check with Airtel.But inspit of contacting them no action has been taken by them so far.i am stuck without a connection for no fault of mine.please advice the airtel to look into the matter and correct the connection.thankyou my name is syed ali and E Mail address is [email protected]
