My self Sailesh Kumar Sinha working in Patna. My brother bought a mobile for me which set no. is NOKIA-5130c-2, IMEI no. 359336/03/83524717/7 & serial no. 359336038352477 at 15 March 2010 from The mobile store, city center near bus stand, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. After 5 months mobile set give us problem. Problem is when I on the mobile after few min. mobile switch off and hang also, when I try many time to on the mobile then mobile on and after few min. they again switch off. For solve out this problem I went to Nokia care center in Patna near Dakbanglow road Patna. They examine the set and told me that the set was fall into the water but I told him that the mobile never go into the water. Then he told me in rough way once I say that means I am correct, and mobile never repair in warranty period. Several times I say him that I am 100% sure that mobile not fall into the water but they not agree. He says me you do what you want I never mind. After conversation I think that this the NOKIA company policy that any you never accept your fault and fault turn into the costumer head and charge the cost of repair and your company go rise. I am sure that this set have manufacturing problem and you never accept that. You and your company take good benefit for people faith on your company. I buy a Nokia mobile because of faith in this company but in future. If Nokia take good care of his customer then you take action my problem.
