Hello Sir I am facing a problem in my hanset since 2months as I have given a complain to the nokia care but I am not getting a proper response from them as I have given the handset two times but when I got my handset in my hand it was in the same condition as it was given before in the copmplain.
I am not getting a proper service so please sir as it is in the warranty period please give me a new handset by your request to the head office tell me what should I do.
As I am just spending money roaming back of them as I cant afford a lot.
