Dear Concerned Official,

Recently bought handset Nokia 7210(Oct-2009) which is just a few days old had run into issue on 28-Oct-09. Accordingly, the same is submitted at your Nokia care centre, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore, India.
On submission, service engr checked and updated saying, it will take 15-20 days time for the repair as it has to be send to Delhi for servicing. The job sheet no. is 308465550 / 091029 / 12.

To my surprise, my few days old handset is found to be with changed motherboard(seemed to be tampered with local board and a non-genuine label on it). Though I accepted initially to check the phone, found incoming sound has varying output though volume is set to max. When checked for loud-speaker it is not at all a loud. When asked justification with your person "Prabhu" who claims to be manager, not accepting the issue at all, though the problem is apparent to both of us when compared with other Nokia 7210 handset which he brought in, in terms of voice clarity and others.

Finally, when explained about my dis-satisfaction towards the same along with the problem, Prabhu-Manager refused to do the needful and forces me to accept the faulty handset, saying nothing more can be done on it, as it is limit of handset which is a contrary statement. Also, informed me to register a CASE against you/Nokia on the same. Now, the handset lies with your center itself.

Note:
1. I brought to your center, as one of my friend refered that yours is a good Quality service center of Nokia and hence I brought this for.
2. If you can't service this handset upto your customer satisfaction, pls. provide a written statement on the same and irreparable. I'll go to Nokia Shopping center to reimburse my amount and go buy some other Make handsets.
3. I was referring this handset to my fellow colleagues to go purchase this model earlier, which I stopped them now..!!
