Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have owned an Nokia Mobile Phone set E52 and unfortunately it has some fault and become unable to use. I sent my faulty set to Nokia Customer Care Centre. Where Nokia's representative told me that my set's pcb board card become faulty and should be replace to new one. I agreed and handed over the set for some proper action.

After wait of painful 20 days I received the set but unfortunately After some days, now when i try to conect wth my PC i found that it, s USB port is not working, Its really shocked me because Nokia customer care representative told me that they change it with new one. for assurance he shown me following replace/change IMEI number.

When I came back to Nokia Customer Care Center to resolve this new problem, representative reply me that it will sent back again Nokia for Claim.
I really shocked. I already distrub for whole month and now they suppose me a ping pong ball. Is this the only job for me to purhcase a well known brands' product and visit to it's authorized service center for claim again and again. Is this what the Nokia says "Connecting People" or through this way Nokia connecting peaople.
I need a proper action to resolve the said issue .
