Dear Sir/Ma’am,
This is just to bring into your kind notice that Unfortunately I am a esteemed customer of Nokia E-71, purchased a year back & NOW really it’s changed my idea about your company only due to after sales experiences..
My mobile set dropped on floor & screen got damaged, immediately I went to Nokia Care Service Centre, B-30A, Ground Floor, KalkaJi, New Delhi (most probably OUTSOURCED), they changed the screen on 07/11/2009 (I paid Rs./-2500.00), after reaching office when I checked after inserting MMC, unfortunately Mobile Set was stopped supporting the MMC. Since I am working in Maruti Suzuki so couldn’t visit frequently so Again I visited Nokia Care Service centre, KalkaJi, New Delhi on 14/11/2009, handed them over my mobile set for rectification of the said problem & I was been told that they will tell me about the status over phone but Really it was very surprising and Disappointing at my end that even after that I never got any call.
Again I took half day’s leave again on 17/11/2009 & again went there to know the status but I became surprised when they asked Rs./-3600.00 since my set was in warranty so I left my set there only & I immediately called on your company’s toll free no but still no response till date..
Two days back I sent my staffs over there to bring my set (unrepaired condition) but today when I switched on the Set then It was not responding (even unable to switch on) when I gave my Phone on 14/11/2009 it was perfectly OKAY in receiving/making calls as well as SMS etc except MMC was not working..
Now as I feel, “NOKIA” enjoys an outstanding reputation only. Our present experience has rudely shaken our trust in your esteemed company. As a loyal customer, our family/friends has subscribed at various stages. The incident is nothing short of a fraud perpetrated on us. For that I demand a compensation of Rs. Fifty Thousand for having caused emotional and psychological stress and mental tension to me and my family..
Your response should reach us in a week's time failing which we shall be constrained to use other avenues to seek redressal because It appears NOKIA is just not bothered to address my complaint. It’s just not possible to believe that NOKIA behave this way.
Please revert per return “Else will be free to go to Consumer forum for my rights” which I know as I am also working in Customer Service Industry
