I am a unfortunate purchaser of a nokia mobile model no N76
month of purchase Nov. place of purchase chandigarh.there was a body chipping problem within 15th days of purchase.
was given set in nokia care chandigarh on 21st nov. wide job card no. 7112128.
the mobile was handed over to me after repair on 29th nov. 07. but unfortunately i have not been handed over memory card and the dealer is denying the fact that they don’t have the memory card. It is such a shame full response and service from such a reputed company like nokia and after spending so much on the mobile such complain has come which has really disgusted me. I hope u can sort out the matter and get me back my memory card. or other wise i will be left with no option but to put a legal case your company.
