No service and money taken
I have been using Nomi for a few years but haven't been able to make a call for over 3 weeks. However, £15 was taken from my account for an automatic top up only 18 days ago - after I started having problems. Unless I get a new bank card this could continue to happen. How can I get my money back and ensure that it doesn't happen again?

Bankrupt
I have not been able to use my Nomi sim card for a few weeks now. There is no way of contacting them as I have tried so many times with no luck. I have found out today that they have gone bankrupt. I would like the credit back from my phone and also the PAC number to change my number over. If you could help me that would be great. No outgoing calls
Hi,
I am using Nomi mobile for the past 8 months.Last three days I could not able to make any outgoing calls.I am getting a message that " this number is not authorised in our network"...Pathetic thing is even I could not able to contact customer service.Made complaints through email and tried to contact customer service nos but in vain.My no is 07466790940..It would be appreciable if some one respond to my complaint.

Service has stopped abruptly!
The outgoing has stopped completely on Nomi network! Can't even their call centre to check. Always get the messg for any outgoing call including their customer care, 'THIS PHONE NUMBER IS NOT AUTHORISED IN OUR NETWORK'. They still have their website active and no message there that they have problems with their service since a week.
The service has just stopped working abruptly without any notice to the customers. No words to describe such a bad service!

no not working
Wonder if this complaint board is actually effective!!!..sorry for such harsh words, but this is my 3rd complaint with regard to nomi mobile. We have been unable to make calls for the past two days!!! several reminders to help desk nomi and complaints on this forum has solicicted no response from nomi!!!What do we do ..some legal action..we had so much of credit.. how do we make phonecalls?????

no service
Since 3 days I can't make any call anymore with my Nomi mobile number.
It says: 'this number is not authorised in our network'.
While I have been a customer and calling with this number for over 5 months now.
Also, I can't reach the helpdesk from any phone or landline. That number seems to be out of the air to.
I have submitted 3 complaints by email now, but no answer received yet.
What is going on?

network/ PAC code / lost number / eating credit
1. network
Currently, nomi mobile cannot make phone call or send SMS.
2. PAC code
Nomi Mobile dose not offer PAC code to customers.
3. lost number
2009 when they upgrade system, they erased old number without any warning.
4. no answer from Help Desk
You will receive only the same auto reply email when you send complaint.
5. eating credit
When I was in USA, I did not have any network, they charged on my phone call. does it make sense? they did not provide the network for using but they charged on my trial phone calls.
Do you know more stories about nomi mobile disaster?

not able to make calls or send sms
I too have had problems with being able to dial numbers and send sms from my mobile. I have been using Nomi for over 12 months now and found the rates really cheap, the service a little on the sketchy side but other than that ok until now. I too have been calling and calling on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering the calls. I even tried the FREE call 325 and it said this number was not available on this network! I too have loads of credit left on my account that I only very recently topped up so am really annoyed and frustrated that I cannot use my phone to make calls or text. Receiving is fine so something is still working but I am from Australia and this is my only form of communication that I have to call & text my family back home. what is going on, surely if the company has gone bust or something has happened there would be something in a newspaper or posted on a web site! Top ups are available from Tesco, Sainsburys & The Post Office so surely they are in some way shape or form a reputable provider! Nomi let your customers know what's going on - has the network gone down, has the company gone into liquidation or what? Just so we know whether we have to sort out taking our number to another provider but how do we do that if we can get a PAC code! Please let your customers know what is happening and why somehow! thank you, lisa

cellphone not working
i topped up my nomi mobile this afternoon, now it will not send texts and when i try to call the help desk or any other number there is just an automated message saying the number is not recognised in the network. is anyone else having a similar problem? the company seemed to have technical difficulties over the last weekend as well.

Cannot dial any numbers
I have been using the network Nomi Mobile for 5 months but now it has stopped working and whenever I dial a number i can hear a beep and then it says disconnecting. I can't even check my balance or top up. I had a lot of balance on there as well. What has happened? What can i do now? I have tried calling them all day today but they are not receiving my call. It has caused alot of stress and upset feeling for me. Who can help me with this serious complaint?
