There was charges taken from my account without my permission and I would like to have my money back!!!

I actually don't have a complaint about any Company, but I have a disappointment and sometimes disgusted about people calling customer service departments or companies.

I work at a big Corporation which name I'd rather not disclose, we serve customers Nation wide. Since we are so big and have over 1400 branches Nation wide we have a switch board which I am part of the group that operates that.
The people that call us every day are so incredibly rude to us it's unbelievable. I understand if you’re not happy with your services. You should get the best satisfaction for your hard earned money. But I did not because your misery some Idiot that needs to be fired did, so please treat me with dignity.

We have people calling in that talk faster than I can run, slow the hell down.. I know it is annoying to answer a few question but I am just doing my job!!! And after all I need this information to get you where YOU WANT TO GO. So take a deep breath, take the freaking marbles out of your mouth, slow down, and let me help you. I know there are some serious rude ladies out there that should not be allowed to work in customer service (when I have to transfer to one of our locations they answer the phone too. And I just think to myself damn lady I hope your supervisor is listening to you some day and straighten you out. But it goes to other way too.
