They were unable to let me download a book that I had ordered and charged to my credit card. I went into my account and changed the credit card and ordered another book and downloaded it successfully. They were unable to explain why it was happening and how to remedy the situation. I made 2 calls with an average wait time of 20 minutes each. they could not or would not even cancel the order that was not downloadable. Their automatic telephone system was not user friendly.
I am going to give away my Nook and switch to Kindle.
