I recently signed up with Dish Network through Nor Cal Satellite and experienced the worst service in my life! The owner Dwayne Milton conned me into signing up. Dwayne bashed every other satellite company about their service quality. Nor Cal sent out some young kid who didnt know what he was doing at all! It took the kid over 9 hours to install just 1 tv and even left without the system working. He damaged my walls and carpet with holes that he couldnt drill all the way. It cost me $480 in repairs to fix the idiots damages. I called and complained to the owner Dwayne and got nothing but lies and hot air! Dwayne said his installers were the best and wouldnt do such type of work. Give me a break! Dwayne also wanted to charge me $100 to come out and fix the system so I could atleast watch TV. This company is a joke, I dont anderstand how they stay open. If you here a good deal from Nor Cal Satellite, run the other way and save yourself from a nightmare of a lifetime!
