This camera will not format the added memory SD card. Repeated calls to Norcent and Voice Mails asking for support have been ignored for over a month. Can't say I didn't try, and try, and try. Their web site support page is 'Under Construction' and there are no updates posted for this camera to fix the bug.

It will only take 8 pics at the lowest setting of 3M using the internal memory. What a deal!?!?! Who wants to download pics every 8 shots? Raise your hands! NO ONE??? Imagine that. You can call Norcent, but no one answers. You can leave Voice Mail but no one calls back. You just can't reach them and that ain't no good in my book.

BUYER BEWARE - cheap camera that could be a great camera, but it ain't. Spend a little more and get a camera that will work, and that has actual support in the event you need it.
