8/2010 The female manager in the mens sports wear in Indianapolis IN North Store has a - condescending - attitude with clients that return items. Remember if you did not have paying-clients you would not have a job. I returned items that were bought months ago but had my tags and receipts not worn and when she approved the return it was like she the new manager was doing me a favor. I did not like the look feel of the transaction. Little did she know i still spend over twenty thousand dollars at Nordstrom in 2009, not including 2010. Don.t act like your doing us a favor when returning items.
Curt attitudes don't work for Corportions trying to sell items to consumers and retain relationships. This person need to have training she not ready for her position.
