Received Award Claim Notification from North American Sweepstakes Association with enclosed check for $3500.00. Called Randy Morrison, Claims/Disbursement Agent) who approved check to be deposited. Once done, he instructed me to call him back and he would give instructions on how to pay the $2500 "taxes" and who to send it to and then how I wanted the remainder of the lottery money sent to me. He said he had been working their 9 years (trying to convince me that this was all legitimate) since I questioned it. I told him if I deposited the money today, I would not call back for further instructions until I knew their check had cleared my bank and the funds were there. He siad OK. I'm tempted to do it just to see what they would do to stop that from happening. But I've decided to contact the local authorities and decided to follow their instructions instead.
