I have recently had to deal with a huge headache with North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA), I was going to attend a show in February of 2010 I called to fax in My entry form in December and told the guy that my friend was paying for the stall fee and I was only paying for what was on my entry form so only for the classes I was entering the guy told me no one would charge my credit card until I attend the show. I ended up canceling for the show and at the end of February I came to find a $287.00 charge I then went online and btw it is very hard to find the correct person to contact they have two PO BOXES and everyone you contact says they don't handle that area so that leaves you to spending more time looking for another person to contact. I feel North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA) is a SCAM, I called every number I came across even emailed North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA) on there website and still had no response back from anyone. I finally got a hold of a lady named Alexis she said she had no idea what was going on and she thinks they charged me for a stall fee and she also added they should have only charged what was on the entry form if all I put was classes than they should have not charged me for a stall fee. She then gave me the office number no one responded back after i left a voice message. I then did a dispute with my credit card company and explained how I handled everything. The credit Card company took care of me, but I then got a call from Alexis stating that since they cant find my friends form which I can not see how since my friend faxed in mine and her form that I really think they just charge everyone and not give a crap or think about what they say. They also said since they can't find my friends form that is why they charged me even though my entry form says no stall. North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA) is a major scam Alexis then stated they don't even take faxed entry forms because of to many problems well if they don't except them then why did they charge me for something I didn't ask for?? than Alexis stated the office told her they spoke to me and they told me why I was charged that money and I never even spoke to the office . North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA) is now saying things that never even happen and before she told me she didn't handle this section that I would have to talk to the office and now she is telling me she does handle this area and all emails and she is twisting everything. I want to warn everyone to be careful when using North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA) because they say and do anything to get you to look like you owe them money even when you don't below is listed some names and information to help anyone else that has to deal with North Florida Hunter & Jumper Association, Inc.(NFHJA) and all of there lies and manipulations they are fraudulent and steel your money!
