All...The only objective of writing this complaint is anyone who is searching for reviews for a good mover company and they should come across this fraud company and be alerted. I was looking for North American Vanlines and ended up calling this company by mistake for making my move. Words are not enough to explain my grief and misery about the experience I had with this company. They have changed several names in last 3 yrs and BBB does not have agood background about them
I unfortunately signed up with them for moving and these people have delivered only half of my stuff. Many of them are missing. They ar enot professional and courteous and the only thing their drivers talk is about money.
If anyone took time to read till here take a moment to read further how they do their buisness.
These people pick up your stuff and move it in self storage in dallas which they call ware house. Then they get in touch with drivers of other moving companies to check if they have space in their trucks. If and whatever space is avaialable they will dump/ throw your stuff in the trucks moving to your state. These drivers are also carrying your stuff in an unauthenticated manner because they work in cash on delivery and then money goes to the driver. They already have some things in their truck for other families, so whatever space is avaliable is yours else u lost ur items. The companies to which the truck belongs have no idea that their drivers are also picking up stray stuff on the way to destinations.
This company also alias Amazon, Atlas, USMS and so many names have no customer support or claim support. They make u sign the docs for waiver of insurance by force at last because your stuff is laready on the trucks. I have never expereinced this and has hurt me so much that I will write reviews whereever i can. Please make sure you read the names correct and dont end up in such a fraud company. More than half of my things never saw its destination and whatever boxes came were ripped open. Hope this helps someone.
