My graduation present from my parents was a car. They were over joy and proud of me, they let me pick any car I wanted as long as I stayed under the budget of $25, 000. After a couple of months of searching on the web and going through all the dealerships in Boston for the perfect car I came up short. I saw on somebody’s license plate a website (liccars.com) I decided to check them out. I found an amazing 2005 BMW 5 series. I thought it was too good to be true. I was a little unsure about buying a car all the way in New York. I sent in an email and immediately got a response from someone on the sales team. I told them the truth about wanting a car but I was in Boston and wasn’t sure about the process. They assured me that they have done plenty of out-of-state deals in the past and I had nothing to worry about. My parents and I took a drive to New York on Friday morning. I test drove the vehicle and was pretty psyched!! The car was NOT a lemon =) the whole team over there are very unite and helpful towards one another. That along made the transaction very easy. There was no yelling or fighting, it was as if we were buying a car from a family member. They even had a BBQ and asked us to join them. I’m happy that I took a chance on them, I got a great car, new friends and proud parents (in the sense of they know I can make life decisions on my own). Life can’t get any better!

I will never ever in all the ever go anywhere but Northern Auto Traders!! I received the up most excellent customer service. I was currently deployed in Afghanistan and was shopping around for a new car. I figured I deserved something nice for not being home for the last 18 months. I got online, saw a few dealers and contacted them. I started to interact with the receptionist at Northern Auto Traders. She sent me more pictures of the car (seeing as I was not able to fully inspect the car in person) and the required paperwork I need to get the deal started. They held the car for me for over a week until I was ready to go on leave. I gave all my info, the sales person sent the paper work to the banks. The best part about all this was the fact that they accommodated me. Our phone privileges are very limited and the times I did have to call, I would rather speak to my family. The majority of this deal was done through emails. I got picked up at the airport early in the morning (I’m talking about 6am) and they don’t open till 10am. They showed me the city and took me to a nice restaurant to have breakfast. After we went to the dealership, showed me the car (same car as in the pictures the receptionist had sent me). I did my test drive and was ready to sign. The waiting process overall took about 1hr to 1hr & ½. I also got a nice iPod for being a customer. I have been home for about 1 month now and never had a problem or complaint with my Audi. I am in LOVE with my new car!! Thanks to all the wonderful people at Northern Auto Traders, you guys were amazing!! =)

Bueno yo compre un Honda Civic del 2008 y lo compre de Northern AutoTraders. Des del minute que entre las puertas, Juan muy amablemente me mostro el carro. Luego me explico del precio y el proceso para comprar y como esto me podria ayudar mi credito. Lo bueno de ellos es que los vendedores no se pelearon entre ellos por ayudar me como he visitado en otro dealers. Entre todos ayudaron y tambien la attitude professional hace que la gente se sienta bien para compra un carro. Cuando fui a otro dealers nadie me pudo aprobar el credito pero Northern Auto si pudo. Encima de eso me dieron las quotas que pedi y puedo pagar. Deverda que quede muy contento con mi carro y cuando compre otro sin pensarlo dos veses voy a regresar a Northern Auto Traders

My Experience
Our salesman at Northern Auto was extremely nice. He did everything he could to get me the car of my choice. Over there at Northern there are just one happy family. Everyone helped out in one way or another. They made me feel so comfortable as I waited for all the paper work to get approved. What really got my attention was the fact that they cared about me and my daughter. Constantly asking if I needed anything, drinks, and food. My daughter was entertained with the movie they put on for her. My new car is simply GORGEOUS and I got an AMAZING rate!! I know it all sounds too good and your probably wondering what’s the catch, am I right? Honestly, I was just so pleased with their professionalism. I’ve seen the negative reviews; I brought that up to their attention. They simply said and I agree: “Ms Carol, we can’t please everyone, there is always someone who wants to pay cheaper, who doesn’t like there interest rate but have bad credit or no credit. People want the most expensive car but don’t have any money. We have a 98% selling rate, so that means 2% are unhappy customers. That alone says a lot about our business.” I will be going back for future car purchases.
