This is acknowledge the receipt of your complain the reason why you are not been able to log into your funds account is because you have refuse to send down the payment of the $450 as required for the COT CODE, with this reason your funds account has been deactivated, so your funds will be refund to the Government treasury as unclaimed funds within 24hrs.

But if you are interested in completing your funds transfer to your Bank Account you are required to send down the payment of the $450 as required to enable the issuance of your funds COT CODE, or else your funds will be transferred to the government treasury.
