Having lived in a NRH for over a year now, where do i begin? Nobody returns my calls, one time, their phone number just didn't work and I had to use another number. Cameron (sp) and Williams were supposed to be representing this company but nothing gets done. All I see is one guy working himself to death, but my house is falling apart. Planning to contact my insurance company to see if they can cover some of the repairs, just poor quality, poor workmanship and terrible customer service. Please, chat with the residents. As soon as the economy permits and the place looks decent (cover the cracks in the walls, fix the plumbing, and electrical) I'm moving out. I need to fix my creaky floors and seal my basement, also, there are lumps under my carpet and the paint doesn't match up in a few places, the wind whistles through the windows and doors (my gas bill was over $200 last Jan), now I'm just rambling. You get the picture. They take the money and you're left with the repairs.
I've talked to my neighbors, they have similar problems, only one guy has said he's found no problems (we think he works for NRH). I think that Jason guy is one of my neighbors-or was. It's just sad, many houses are still empty.
If NRH cared about their customers, why didn't they fix these problems? They've treated us like pigeons and now they could care less about those that bought from them. Really, we called you, we followed the rules and you either threatened us or ignored us. I'll never deal with the Williams family again.
