I took my dog there for a bath and nail trim. She was there for a total of five hours. Three days later she was coughing so hard I thought she was going to die. I did some research online that night and found out it could be Kennel Cough. I called Dr. Hall the next day and said I would have no problem paying for her medication, but since she cought the infection from his kennels, I thought he should waive the clinic fee. He informed me that he didn't give out freebies and my dog most certainly did not catch it from his kennels. I had called other veterinarians before speaking to Dr. Hall and all of them told me that the incubation period was three to ten days. Dr. Hall said it was ten to fourteen days and I was a liar. I took my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and they ultimately sided with Dr. Hall. Funny, the more people I talk to say they have had horrible experiences with this veterinarian and will no longer take their pets to him. Do not take your pets there, they are also accused of abusing dogs that don't cooperate. Very shady practice there. Consequently, my dogs new vet showed me where Dr. Hall wrote on the bottom of the records he faxed over : "This woman is psychotic". Real professional. Two of the new veterinarians staff used to work for Dr. Hall and tell of abuse going on in his kennel.
