I wrote Northwest Airline a letter for them to pay me back for lost baggage in Laos, Vientiane. Northwest Airline refused and say, "Thai Airline is responsible to pay for my lost bag". But, when I filed a complaint with Thai Airline Thai airline say, "Northwest Airline is responsible to pay for my lost bag since they both are co-partner".
According to Supervisor, Luggage Service, Northwest/KLM/Delta Airlines. Both airlines are don't want to pay for my lost bag. I brought 3 airline tickets from Northwest Airline on Feburary 23rd, 2009. we requested two wheelchairs for my parent due to their health issued condition. Northwest agent was very rude standing around chatting with their co-worker didn't even care if my parent get to the next gate or not. The agents request for money to pay $20.00 cash or or they will not push my parent to the next gate for their connection fllights. Even flight attendant just standing there with even offer to help. United State Northwest Airline is very RUDE AND LAZY PEOPLE WORKING.
On march 13, 2009 I got a letter from Northwest Airline from Dain Blacker, Supervisor, Luggage Service with 1-800.648.4897 to call. Guess what? Only an Answer Machine and an email only.
Northwest Airline requested email PDF file only to be sent to them by email. I sent so many file s and they were so big so they can't open it and Northwest agent complaint it's too big only there database allow 9m so they stop emailing me.
My lost damaged bag is $3, 104.51. I am writing this letter in regards to what I have experiences with Northwest Airline and Thai Airline. Even the food, they served have rotten...
