very bad ticket agent

Hi:

I have had bad experience with NWA airline at logan airport in Boston, MA.
The customer service/ticket agent at the airport was not helpful at all.
The name of the person is "elham" and the supervisor name is
Foley. Both parties fail to accommodate my mother who is 72 year old
to get on international flight on Friday March 6. Even though there
was no line at the counter and our repeated plea to let her get on
the plain, they did not help us at all .. We end up paying 100 dollars
penalty to get on another plain leaving on Mon.

overcharge

I have to make travel arrangements for my husbands business and am always shocked to see what Northwest charges for a direct flight from chattanooga to memphis. It cost 3 times the cost if i stop once. Airfares in late November are 1029.00 per person! Don't you think in these horrible economic times we should get better rates for a direct flight than a flight that stops and flies into a city that is not even on the way? It is robbery and Northwest makes me sick. Small business people like us can't afford to waste all day to get to memphis when there is a 1 hour flight available. We also literally can't afford their direct flights.
