I was taking a business flight from St. Paul Minnesota back to Bloomington Il. We arrived at our gate with 20 minutes to spare. We were then informed that we need to go across the airport to another gate as they had just had to make a change. Pretty typical for the airline. So when we arrived, I had my ticket and my baggage checked but wasn't on the list. So after about 10 minutes of waiting they started to get the issue straightened up. I asked if I could use the restroom as I need to pee really bad. They told me "no" and that I need to get on the plane and just use the restroom on it. So I did. Once on the plane I was informed the restroom was broken and I would need to wait till we got to Bloomington. It was about a 50 minute flight. I started to have problems holding in my urine and actually started to urinate in my pants. So i asked the stewardess if I could have a empty bottle to just try and relieve a little bit of the pressure I was feeling. She laughed and said no and then offered me a drink of water as to add insult to injury. So finally we landed and I used the bathroom. Upon leaving the airport, I saw the stewardess and pilots. They stared at me and started laughing. So I went up to the stewardess and told her I did not appreciate her laughing at my pain and that I really needed to pee. I said this in a calm, so what joking voice thinking nothing more of the situation. Ask I left the group, one of the pilots told me to go F*&^ myself. As I pulled away from the airport, they flipped me off and yelled obscenities at me. In the car sat my wife and my kids.
I have yet to contact Northwestern as when most times you contact a major corporation to complain about its customer service, you get nothing. Just thought I would share.
