I place the cost of the renewal for my Norton 2008 (Symantec) on charge card on Sunday Octoter 25, 2009. I have a confirmation number 6971483314 on the same day. I have been trying to download this since then. My Security for the virus protection will end on October 29, 2009.

I can't believe this should be so much trouble to renew. I need help to have this downloaded or please credit my charge account for the amount of $44.99. You don't make it easy to contact your company and get help.

I would appreciate a apply to my problem as soon as possible.
