I dont want and didnt ask for Norton to be renewed, please refund full cost to me immediately and dont use my account or my wifes fredit card without my explicit and active approval each time i decide to do a transaction. Otherwise I will be calling the Garda fraud squad.

On line line for "One Click" for hours. Same stupid tape. No one answers. They tell me to call because of "no internet connection--which turns out to be false.
Then tell me there is an error or problem with security--totally frustrating.

i was charged for the renewal of nortons 360 which i was not asked to do and is illegal to take money out of my account without my authority, i would like my money put back into my account thankyou

I renewed my subscription and purchased special services, where technician would get in your computer and thoroughly clean everything. It looked good. The technician Rosy spent an hour going through my stuff, deleting something "I don't need" they even found four viruses! Good! Good? After this service my computer loses internet connection without really losing the connection randomly after which there is no other way to reconnect, but to restart the computer.

I tried to reach Rosy via e-mail -- she couldn't care less -- no one relied. I will file a complaint with BBB and other organizations until someone replies and give me my money back.

I was billed for this product when it didn't even work on my computer. I cancelled my service and I still got billed $75. I want my full refund and I want it ASAP. It has thrown my bank account off. I am very upset.
