Product does not work/BAD SUPPORT
Purchased Norton 360 for $59.95. Indicates I have 4 items that need to be fixed, will not let me fix them!! So I try support, allowed online access to my laptop to 4 different reps over the course of 5 hours, they assured me all was well, rebooted my computer and could not reconnect to them. Now I am unable to connect to their online help at all. Have been on hold for 1.5 hours over the phone trying to get a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Go with something else!!

Charged me three times
I try to download the norton protection and it took me three time to get it into the computer so they end up charging me three time to my debit account.

Norton limits use unnecessarily
We have Norton 360 loaded on three office PCs. In the last 30 days before renewal, the program is causing problems on all three computers. In the one I am using, it will not allow Auto Protect unless and until I renew, even though I have paid for the product during the 30 day period. That kind of high handedness is theft in my book.

Double charged for June 3, 2008 download
I had difficulty completing download of Norton Security system so I had to start over resulting in a double charge for one completed download. Beware people!

product not working
I purchased a subcription for renew on my Norton 360, and after the download, it would not update, or run antivarus scan, and i have requested the solutions help screen wth no fix, and have scheduled several times for them to call me from the call back help screen and never received a call, unable to reach anyone to get the refund to my credit card

Billed 2 times to my credit card
I received Norton 360 version 2.0, extended download service and pc jump start service on May 25, 08. Confirmation Order # 774053991, Product Key TX3J9BX9F8YYG62GWH2FKG76B, And Product Serial Number P92RJG8QH27F. When I received my WaMu master Card statement I notice that I had been billed 2 times both on May 26, 08. For the amount of $134.33 plus another charge of $134.33 for May 25, 08.

Lack of refund
I tried to download Norton 360 several times - followed advice given from several e-mails, still couldn't download. i asked for a refund from credit card - several e-mails sent - no replies.

Unnecessary charges!
I was into twenty somewhat days till expiration of my subscription so I signed to renew and when i received my bill it showed two charges $59.99 and a $62.69 i don't know what this is. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
