Charge
I have a charge posted on 3/13 to my credit card for a yearly renewal fee when I've only had it for 3 months. The agreement was for a year when I purchased it in Jan.

Error product download
My norton internet security 2007 subscription was running out so i upgraded to norton 360.

I have lost my Norton System works program
Under instructions i installed the removal tool and tried Reinstall Norton 360
I encountered Error (9999,17x)
I encountered Program Error (3038,105)
(1) could you please help me with my problem

LiveUpdate function problems
I have now spent at least 20 hours trying to get the LiveUpdate function of Norton 360 software to work! At least 12 hours of this has been online with there so called 'analyst' when they have taken remote control of my computer,but still seem unable to get it to work.The rest of the time has been back and forth with emails to there support department.
It seems that they get a stage when they have tried all the standard solutions and then they just abandon you. You no longer here from them.
Has anybody out there had similar problems?
