	lildevil February 4, 2009 trojan removal what a bloody joke, My comp got a trojan which norton security let in !! an they want me to pay $99.99 US to get it fixed !! even though its there anti virus that let the virus in, in the firt place . They dont realise the exchange rate to NZ Dollars !! I waited over 1 hour to talk to someone who didnt want to fix the problem he just wanted the money !! what a joke you pay for protection then when it lets something in you have to pay for there malfunction !

	goku90504 January 30, 2009 killed my history while some people don't want to keep their browseing history i Do want to keep it and norton 360 does not provide such an option it kept deleteing my browseing history till i finally just got fed up and deleted my norton software

	suefultz January 19, 2009 charged twice I ordered and attempted to download Norton 360 - it failed to complete the down load - I then re- attempted to down load and was sucessful. A charge of $59.99 was made to my account twice.
	richard forbes January 19, 2009 downloading norton 360 completely locked up my computer I purchased Norton 360 subscriptionon 14 Jan, 2009. It has completely foulrd up my computer. if I am lucky enough to bring up a selected item, it is locked there.I cannot go further. the selected page is locked. Most of the time alt/ ctl/del willnot remove it, only manuall shutdown. I have uninstalled it and have my computer back in operation. I I would like a refund of the purchase price. 	Terry January 17, 2009 Did not get my refund I purchased Nortons anti-virus download it did not work . called back to cancel . Its been two weeks and i still have not received my money back. Called several times waiting for45 mins. Never able to talk to anyone!!!
	Shawn James January 11, 2009 cannot download product I purchased the norton 360 product on november 21 for $131.98. Soon after that my computer hard drive crashed and I had to replace it. Now I'm trying to download the product on my new hard drive but have been unsuccessful. The system is asking me for a product key but I don't have any. What should I do?

	Mike Butchart December 12, 2008 Did not update Renewed Security on-Line and the security never took hold but the credit card was charged. I would like to get the charge taken off our credit card.
