Problem with scan
Problem with msg appearing when scao that exception occurred and words"RUNDLL" appearing as heading and scan can't detect cookies etc.

Paid but did not receive download
I paid by Visa C85.80 on Nov.12, 2008 but i did not receive the download for the Norton 360 Virus protection

Problems since purchase
I have had troubles with auto backup and scheduled scans since I purchased this Norton software. I have gone on-line to support technician several times and they wanted to remote access my computer. Each time it has failed to establish a remote connection. Each time the session is ended without any solutions. I would like the disk copy of this Norton product so I can uninstall the online version I got when I purchased and reinstall it from the cd.

no longer have this on my computer
A charge of $70.09 was charged to my credit card for a Norton annual renewal. I no longer have Norton on my computer.
How can you people go ahead without authorization to charge to my credit card without my approval.
Please rectify this immediately.

lost in computer recovery
recently i had to do a complete system recovery of my computer at which i lost my norton 360.can you please reinstall it back for me?

No response from support center
Went to support center my password would not work. I had changed my e-mail address and renewed my subscription via the computer. Evidently the password (which I had forgotten)was under my old e-mail address and I asked it to be sent to my new e-mail address. Many days have gone by and I have still not received it. I cannot backup my files or get updates until I have the correct password.
