I was trying to install a renewal from Norton. I got all the way to license agreement and then my laptop wouldn't go up far enough for me to click agree and it stopped. Now I have gotten my credit card bill and still don't have the norton installed. I was hoping that they could send me a link or something to my desktop pc. When I called the number they give you call, they wanted my credit card number and I did not want to give it to them.
